Description

Due to COVID-19 this event is going to be taking place as planned but virtually. Please note: there has been a change in the topic to align with our businesses' needs during our current circumstances.

We are inviting all member investors to join us for a special look into the summer workshop the Dale Carnegie course will be hosting in Hays. The topic for the Business Briefing is "Managing Stress and Building Resilience."
Today’s environment is filled with setbacks and unexpected challenges and the impact of serious crises such as market shocks, governmental instability and pandemics can’t be ignored. Few of us can change the environment in which we operate – but we can control how we prepare and respond to the events around us. This 90-minute virtual event is designed to bring leaders together to learn about and reflect on new research from Dale Carnegie Training and others on workplace resilience.
Completion of this module will empower participants to:

  • Identify the characteristics of resilience in the workplace
  • Understand the impact resilience can have on reducing stress in times of adversity
  • Develop resilience in people, teams and across an organization
