Join Dr. Rose Helens-Heart, FHSU Assistant Professor for Applied Business Students for an in-depth look into The Change Cycle. Managers are expected to champion organizational changes and lead their co-workers through often difficult times. Successful change requires effective and consistent communication. This Lunch And Learn will introduce The Change Cycle™ as a guide for recognizing challenges and opportunities in the change experience and equip change agents to know how to communicate well and use the right strategy at the right time.”
