Part-Time Maintenance Worker

Compensation: $16.19 / Hour

Job Type: Part-Time (up to 20 hours per week, with limited evenings and weekends)

Job Summary: The Hays Water Resources Department is seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position involves a variety of maintenance duties, including general upkeep, ground maintenance, minor construction projects, and assisting full-time maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned.

• Conduct ground maintenance tasks.

• Assist with minor construction projects.

• Provide support to full-time maintenance staff.

Requirements:

• Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including limited evenings and weekends, up to 20 hours per week.

• Age & License: Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver's License.

• Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a great attitude.

• Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
